Absolutely I mean that's pretty obvious. A LOT of people are running BH Ads on Tiktok, and obviously, that's done with cloaking.
As to what people run, there are multiple niches.... Personally Ive done crypto, gambling, finance, iptv, reps, etc but im sure there are people with experience with other niches that they can tell you about...

Do you know any tool for that ?
Does iptv work in what region? I have heard about it lots time
 
tiktok’s detection is way stricter now, so even if it works for a bit, it usually dies fast; you’d need constant testing and fresh setups to survive.

You can still get by for a couple of days until you get caught. If he can get as many accounts as possible and run ads on them with a strong cloaking setup, he can make good money. But yeah, most people won’t have the exact setup for that and will just burn accounts in the process.

Cloaking content is still possible on the TikTok platform, but TikTok has very strict controls.
 
It works on TikTok if you keep the content native and the funnel simple; most people run lead gen, CPA or low-ticket ecom and only scale what proves itself organically first.
 
Yes, it works. I have seen a lot of Blackhat ads on Tiktok. You could risk losing your account though.

  • Don’t sell on TikTok — move them off-platform
  • Monetize where you control links + follow-up
