To OP:
If if understand you correctly, then yeah. Just run (e.g.,) WordPress with plug-in like GoCodes on your domain, and spread that GoCodes redirect on other sites. This way your URL doesn't look spammy (unless you fuck it up) and is more likely to be approved.

If you're really talking about somehow hiding your links in other peoples' blogs without them knowing, then no. Unless you crack the blog but then it's not very wise thing to leave your own domain to let them trace it back to you...
