Does clickbank allow popunders with affiliate links?

Greetings,

Been playing with clickbank the last day experimenting with different offers and banners. I found the CTR on banners I get 4% at most. average is 1% so I had the genius idea to use javascript and a cookie to pop up/under/tab the offer once a session. Been running it for a few hours now and the impressions have increased to where I want them. I read the terms and cannot find anything that does not allow this but I wanted to confirm. Also, for those that happen to use this method do you find better or worse conversions?
