Does CJ payment cycle changed?

Hello Guys.
Just started to work with Comission Junction again.I made 99 EUR last month and 18 more this month but I see that the entire 117 EUR are still in the pending comission at new.
On what date does CJ move those 99 EUR in the commissions available for payment?Do they changed their payment cycle?

I have waited two months to get paid from them! The payout is the 20th of each month. It also depends on the company thats paying out, for example I have to wait 2 months to get paid from a hostgator sale
