Does certain domain extensions trigger DA and spam score?

Will my website with a .xyz extension have more difficulty to get indexed and ranked compared to .com .org sites?
Given the fact that my SEO both on and off page is upto the mark?
I don't see a single .xyz sites on the top search results in any keyword.

because it is not commonly used i don't think domain extension matter in ranking
