Does Cashout Mean Use at Dollar Store XD ?

I was looking at the dollar store the other day, and they said they accept Paypal. My question is that is this type of cashout included in the 500 cashout overall, or can I circumvent it this way? Thanks

My question was : "Is a checkout cashout part of the $500 dollar limit imposed on your Paypal, or can that be cashed out without using part of your limit in order to do it." See above answer. Thanks!
