I know sending traffic to website can have good alexa ranking, but is it also benefit to SERP? Can google know how many people visit the pages and the time they stay?

Buying traffic won't boost the SERP. Google has a metric to measure how long a visitor stays on a site.

How about if the traffic is from the same ip, visit different pages from my website? Will google think that the vistors stay longer and that is the good website?

It depends on the quality... if you send un-targeted, crappy traffic, your bounce rate will go up, and G doesn't like that.

So what does quality traffic mean?

quality traffic means: Targeted traffic, high-quality traffic, visitors that will buy your products and use your services. they meant to get to your site. they were looking for what you had to offer. there Will be a direct connection between what they are looking for and what you have on your site.

I wonder does google so smart to know the traffic is aimed to buy the products.

I only buy traffic when ranking YT vids. Buying crappy, or even semi-good traffic from a provider can have detrimental effects on your site.
