Does Buying Watch Time Views on Others Videos for Monetization work?

Hey guys I am trying to get 4000 hours watch time, and I wanted to know if I can rip other people videos and upload it to my own channel then buy the watch time hours, because I dont wanna make my own videos until I have monetization otherwise its a waste of time..

So how can I get videos to upload to my channel so I Can buy watch time hours to it, i need to upload probably like 5 videos or so. Will youtube catch me doing this when I go to apply for monetization?

You can rip other videos but make sure they're not monetized. Also if possible try to change the video up a bit like flipping horizontally, cutting out certain parts, etc.
Also you can not remove the videos before you're not able to generate those 4k watch hours by your "normal" videos, otherwise you will be demonetized.

ok thanks for the tips mate, this really helps a lot. And yeah, what about looping videos to make the video longer, i was gonna upload like 5 videos that are each 30 mins long that way I can get watch time fast with the SMM panel.

You need to check for quality as well. Monetization review is usually a manual process. So if the person thinks your video is just crap you might be declined. Just try to find long enough videos from some unknown channels. You can even filter for length and look for old videos.
 
You could record the screen of your computer for 2 hours and post it as a video to use to get the watch hours.
 
Make your own video and buy hours its the best way
 
Do not use videos of other people. They, heck manually also.
 
This is risky, try with own videos only or your money could be wasted.
