Quick answer? No. Stay away from it.
Long answer, I used to offer this service since I've built an army of followers over the years and quite honestly not only the traffic the client got was not really targeted (aka junk...) but it tended to get overused since you get paid anyways for the service, not per lead. I guess I'm not the only one that thought about it in these terms. ;-)

i am sure that most of them has been spammed as hell...
traffic? of course you get traffic from tweets, but you are lucky if you get some sales...
