This sounds great but does it really help with better google rankings.

I have currently 10 unique visitors per day (very specific niche) and would like to increase it to 50-60 with the above service. Has anyone tried a similar service? Did it help with SERP?

does improve indexing but only if everthink elese is in order .
 
traffic to url is only a little percentage for indexing postion.

never rely on what you read , please goto the seo section on here .

learn seo then quistion your self then ask

seo changes every day / week / month depending on the algo.

can not relie on any written info , seo changes to quick.

with seo you learn the basics and then build upon it with gossip and proven tactics

Seo for life as it updates a lot and for a long-time will keep updating.

I am bit surprised that the feedback is rather positive. Everything else is fine. I just want ro increase the SERP for some keywords which rank 6-10 atm.
 
Definitely not, otherwise everyone would buy traffic. Google engineers ain't stupid.

Right, the traffic must come from social media and google searches. Social media can help you generate traffic.

Can't you say the same about any other strategy? Did you try it yourself?
