Does buying retweets work on smm panels?

I have. It does not work and Twitter will bury the post. Using panels are bad just because the accounts are terribly set up (too many following not enough followers), are ratioed, and autoflagged/shadowbanned. It doesn't look good and Twitter will re-set your engagement if it flags.
