For a new store, its difficult to get sales. Does buying etsy reviews help in ranking? Any chance buying review could get me banned?

Obviously it helps to rank. Also, it helps to get authority. When you shop, you obviously look for good reviews before placing an order. It gives confidence to your customers.

Try to subscribe to etsygeeks, they help boost ranking on etsy, been using it for almost a year and so far I gained more profit. Also check with erank I had tried their service too but it didn't work for me.

If there are a lot of good reviews, then there is a chance to fly into a shadow ban. We need not only excellent reviews, but also bad ones.

Reviews don't really boost rankings, it's other factors which are more important.

No it really not helps..etsy suspend stores of unusual activity.
