Does business verification change your audience country?

Hello. I want to mainly reach the US audience for Tiktok Shop and insights. Is that possible if I verify using a UK business? Or will that make my main audience UK? Thank you!

I'm not sure I understood. So you can't verify as a UK business if your account is from the US? I forgot to mention that the main reason is to have a link in bio, but later down the line, to use Tiktok shop
