Does Bukisa only update their stats once a day?

Every day it seems when I check my bukisa stats, that my stats stay still. Then sometimes when I check them, they have changed but then stay still for the rest of the day. Do they only update their stats once a day?

i then they update once a day at 4 Pm..

Yes, They update their stats once a day at 4 PM. It must be given on the site when you Login into your account.
