Does Botting kill your Instagram account?

Even if you don't get banned for botting?
Someone told me that botting would get your account shadow banned and would prevent your posts from reaching the explore page thus limiting your posts from going viral.

True or false?

This is true
 
It depends how aggressive you are botting and which bots you are using. Also, make sure you're using clean IPs (not previously abused).
 
if its a new account then IG will kill it
(unless you will go suppppppppppppppppper slooooooooooooooow)

on the other hand i have old accounts botting and everything is good
 
Never bot your Instagram account, just get real followers.

Botting is useless, I guess it's in my mind but I would never do that shit

You are confusing botting with buying fake followers.

My account was 1.5 years old before I started slow botting. Would that be a safe enough account?
 
No, you can bot without getting shadowbanned. Warm up your accounts and stay within reasonable amounts and you will be safe
 
Yes & No, it all depends how you do it and how impatient you're. It's best to do it slow and slowly increment.
 
I dont think botting will kill your account, what might kill your account is spamming. What the difference beteween doing a manual job vs bot?, is all about what you do with the tool.

and if what your account has done recently then spikes instead of keeping it easy and slow

Botting is automation of human actions. If you keep your bot settings like a human would do then no one will know.
 
so what is proper rate of botting without getting banned? Also what bots are you using?

That depends on a few things like # of acc's per proxy, age of account, the type of link in bio, blacklisted words in username, name, bio, link, etc..
