Does Booking's in-house affiliate program still exist?

Lately several webmasters have complained that Booking has kicked them out of their affiliate program, also recently Booking's affiliate site has removed the sign up and encourages people to register through Awin and CJ.

Does anybody know if any of the old in-house affiliate accounts are still running? Or everybody has been forced to move out into Awin / CJ?
