Does Black Hat affect Google PPC if banned?

I have a website I need ranking for. (If you know anyone, or are someone who does this, please respond with your details)


I'm in the midst of deciding whether i should do black hat or white hat.

One question, if my website is penalized by google, what happens?
Do they close off my PPC as well?
