IN-HOUSE staff is paid (they are mostly admins).. However the mods are not paid (volunteer work)

There is hiring for moderators a while ago. Saying In-house moderators salary is about 22k USD a month but it's not available now. You must be a computer and bhw savvy. Hope it is still open. In-house and Out-house kindly differentiate for those confuse here Sorry OP I interrupted your question.
