Does BHW allow video-based or GIF-based sales threads?

Planning to test this format and want to make sure it’s allowed.

Share your thoughts guys ? Will it work ?

I think you will need little more time before you can create a sales thread and you should upgrade too before that.

I haven't seen much GIF based sales thread. And i think youtube video link or something you can add for sure.

I have seen youtube video links but not as video or Gif based sales thread in marketplace so that why I need to know will it possible or will it work ?

They used to allow it, and I think they still do, but ever since BHW started self-hosting, the media upload limits have been capped.

In some instances, the forum auto-reduces the upload quality; this was my experience a year or two ago, not sure if it is still the case today.

If your sales thread media is large (visually and not only files), then one workaround would be to cut the entire sales thread into slices where each GIF is under 2 MB (as I think this is the current limit per file, but you can upload multiple into a single thread).
