does BHW allow shitlists against JVs?

I am part of a JV started here.
I've put in some money and some time.
We have no contract.
If the other member just disappears now and takes everything, leaving me with nothing.
Would BHW allow this as shitlist.
Nothing has happened yet, but I just want to know as its pretty much based on trust with somebody I have never met.
