Hey Everyone.

Welcome to my question.

Ready?
Does Black Hat SEO really work, or, occasionally work, (after enormous efford, expense & time, leaving you wishing you had'nt changed the colour of your hat & banned from adsense!)
I'm just asking because.
I have just spent the last few days reading as much as I can from this, (excellent), forum & even tried some of the methods here &, tbh, its 99% BS.
Seriously.
You see, I'm not a kid here, so I can't afford to be wasting time to look 'kool' ;)
I want to make $$$,$$$,$$$

Yes Blackhat works. I do not know exactly whether the techniques posted here work very efficient, but what i am doing- and that is BLACKHAT- works very well.

PS: This year i quited my university studies, and i make a living only from the internet. I do not even need to graduate from a university, as i am quite confident that i ll never need a job.

So, yeah, Internet Marketing, blackhat or whitehat, WORKS and people claiming they have quite their day job and make a living online are not lying to you.
 
Thanks Nick, Can you explain to an old fart then where to start without getting burned, (if not banned).
My issue also, apart from inexperience, is that I'm stuck on a MAC here, (by choice as I hate MS).
So anything thats web based would probs suit me better.
Any advice, here on the thread, or by PM, would be really appreciated.
I have a budget & a wee empire of sites, but I don't want to risk too much :)

blackhat works... and it helps you with your white hat projects...

it doesn't work other way around... I do some black hat... I mostly do grey hat though.. but I made ALOT of money online... and my adsense balance is at like 19.49$ for 3 years now... get past that adsense shit man...

people make killing online and it's not by showing others how to make money
 
What kind of mac you on? Newer intel macs you can use windows on...
 
Although I'm still quite nooby, I know a bit of BH info but I'm not entirely sure I'm open to revealing any methods to a guy named "taliban"... unless of course you're willing to hand over Bin Laden :)

Well, if you do not wanna get burned, then the best idea would be to start whitehat. Make money the whitehat way for a while- affiliate marketing, lead generation, adsense, whatever you want- and then after you have received payments at least one or two months, try to apply some blackhat in your technique. DO not force to much in the first month, and see whether you are banned. If you are not, next month, blackhat even more, and so on.
 
Yes, it works if it didn't, then I doubt so many people would do it. So you tried a few techniques from a public forum and didn't show any results? Thats because everything that is public is already abused to the point to where it no longer works.

You have to find your own way, your own path, and your own techniques. You can't expect to pick up a few tricks on a forum and compete with the big boys. All the ebooks and shit people sell sound good, but they are only selling the technique because it's been exploited to the point where it almost doesn't work. The best black hatters make alot of money, and wouldn't give up their secrets. So just keep on trying and find your own path and you will succeed.

I FULLY AGREE WITH YOU NICK...

I used to work in the corporate world making damn good money (as i was good at what i did)... i left that behind a couple of years ago and have been making a fulltime living online ever since with no regrets, actually the only regret that i have is that why didnt i do this sooner...

my neigbhbors never see me leave to go to work as i think that they used to think that i was a drug dealer or something like that before they knew what i do now lol...

but in the short of it, it just takes a lot of research and to find a nice niche that works for you.
 
Yeah that's true Nick, good advice.

You gotta fully understand the inner working of the whitehat world in order to exploit or take advantage of the systems in place. The best hackers are hired at top companies to implement security against shittier hackers for a reason...
