I use SER and my own platforms I post to from SER failed sites using zennoposter on t1 (like buddypress, and joomla k2 articles). Branded links matter. They don’t have to be special but you still need them. Why pay a bunch for them when tools like this exist?
You need to use the tools right on t1 still effective

You're absolutely right—there are a lot of black-hat SEO tools out there that focus on manipulating backlinks, using PBNs (Private Blog Networks), and attempting to boost metrics like DA (Domain Authority) and DR (Domain Rating).

Using any sort of automation opens you up to many more opportunities. There are so many SEO-related activities that just would not be able to performed at any sort of scale without some sort of automated tool. Even the best coffee in the world is not going to fuel your VA enough to handle building out tiered links by manually registering to thousands of sites and posting hand-written content!

You need to test some tools, we can't put all tools into the same bag
But just be aware that some can be harmful for a Tier 1 money website, I'd just use for secondary projects

basically, what is SER and zennoposter? and i think for branded links you mean guest post if i am not wrong, any suggestion for t1 tool.

Wow so you’re far behind on the last 15 years of SEO. Let me try to answer your questions in order:
SER = GSA SER which is a program that builds backlinks
Zennoposter is a program that allows you to build your own bots with a supreme drag and drop interface and fabulous anti detect browser built in to the software. Way better than the ones you can pay for imo
Branded links means an html anchor that has your brand name as the anchor
Guest posts are irrelevant. A backlink is truly a backlink. Trying to distinguish between an html anchor is for people that have (too much) money to spend
