I found no backlinks show in search console, but my site still got many clicks from organic search.

Does backlinks really help ?

If yes, then the backlink must recognized by Google, otherwise, no use ?

Right ?

Google search console won't show all your backlinks.

Also, maybe you're ranking for longtails. How many organic visits are you getting per day?
 
Where does it say your clicks are coming from? Try StatCounter plugin. It has a free option that is still pretty good. Click "Recent Came From" in the options panel to see where your clicks are coming from. Have you tried doing a backlinks search with AHREFS or SmallSeoTools?
 
Google console might show 0 backlink but that doesn't mean your site don't have any links. You need to use a backlink checker like majestic or ahrefs. Or perhaps the free backlink checkers if you don't want to pay.
 
Just make like 30 accounts on Moz like me, you'll never need to pay for backlinks checking!
 
Backlinks surely do count. They show the world which other domains are referring visitors to your site. You want to build as many of these as possible on other sites relevant to your particular niche.
 
Don't take so hard search console, check you site with ahrefs and a big yes for backlinks always helps.

Yes, despite G updates they really help to rank. A new site without links will lose to the site with some good link profile.
