does backlinking affects the gmb listing?

At first am sorry if this is the right section to ask this! I am not sure and I didn't get understand actually.
I work with foreign clients. they send me texts or links. And when I open it or work on it by direct copy/pesting, then, Does this can affect on any kind of listing? affects like, suspend listing? Anyone plz?

Nope. You won't be able to suspend a listing through link building.

The only fact, is that Google likes to see a correlation between
A) Your GMB
B) Your site geolocation related schema
C) Citations among the web

Obviously, links that drive real traffic to your GMB listing, are very useful. But only traffic counts in this equation when we talk about linkbuilding and listing

but what I meant actually, I worked so far from the listing I worked for...And I have to use proxy or vpn to reach out there! So, is this not a problem for my gmb or any listing? Great!!
