Does AssociatedContent Pay Upfront Per Article Anymore ?

    After being acquired by Yahoo, does AC pay upfront by PayPal anymore ?

    Short answer: yes. Long answer: must open Yahoo! account; must submit unique content; must have legit PayPal in same name as account details. Hope that helps.

    I did not know that they still accepted these articles. I used to write for them quite a bit but then I was under the assumption that they changed all of their submissions and you could not get an upfront payment. I will have to check that out.

    I'm sure they only allow US citizens too, I think it was them i tried to sign up with and they refused. Need to try again with number 3 trump towers as the address.

    As far as I know, you need to be a US resident (not citizen) with a 'verified' address (no P.O. Box). MMBlack is right about the PayPal/Yahoo name match.
