Mondiad works but you gotta test hard. Traffic’s there, just not always quality. Keep bids tight and cut dead zones fast.

I used it for a while and I don't recommend it. They don't accurately track impressions, and even with multiple ads and thousands of organic traffic impressions (Tier 1 & 2), it only generated pennies. Their CPM is probably the lowest I've ever seen.
 
mondiad is legit, they are from the same team as popcash so they know their stuff. if no traffic, try increasing your bids or check your targeting, sometimes it's just too narrow.
