Does anyone use GSA Search Engine Ranker and other GSA software?
Can I load the list of my url's in these software?
What is other software that is still efficient in link building?

If you mean a list of target urls (urls you want to make backlinks on), then yes you can either import the urls directly into a project or scan them first into identified platform lists.

Yes you can load your own list of url. not only gsa you can do same in xrumer scrapebox.
