Does Anyone Use Blogspot To Make Money Online?

Just curious to see if anyone succesfully uses blogspot/blogger to make money online. I've been trying to make a couple of sites work with amazon affiliate and clickbank and neither one is producing. I wonder if it's just time to quit trying to milk free services to turn a profit. I'm thinking I try wordpress and hosting next, but I just can't quit trying to get these to work. Not sure if I can post url so i didn't. Anyone had any luck with blogger/blogspot?

I see blogger blogs ranking all the time. I have a few that are still not even indexing since 3 weeks.

google are deleting so many blogspot and getting too harsh on it.
I would take a domain if you have some money and want to start

Definitely try Wordpress, more flexible, better tools: from seo (plugins) to link managers, etc

Maybe you should try different platforms, like WordPress or Webflow, as blogs are usually a great way to make a quick profit and get high monthly traffic, but Blogspot lately has issues with algorithms and they won't rank these pages well.

I don't anymore. I used it for CPA landers back then, around 50 at a time. It would work just as well now. Blogspot.com can't be banned on social media sites, only the custom subdomain part of the url. Meaning when they ban the url, you don't need to move the site or redo anything, because you can simply rename the blog and it's ready to go with a new subdomain free of charge.

I would always build a website on top of your own domain if it is a longterm project. Google could easily delete your blog.

I still use blogspot for churn & burn projects, and to test some of my theories. But they rarely fetch me any profits. I'm sure there are people who make money using blogspot blogs.
