Does anyone use Blazing OCR for Captcha solving?

I'm looking to test it after trying captchatronix for a month, blazingseollc's Blazing OCR abilities looks promising but I CAN'T find any reviews for the life of me!

I'm looking for the best OCR for Tier-2 link building.
For Tier-1 link I still use human based Captcha solving service.
