I have heard of it as a fiverr and upwork alternative, and it looks nice, but also sort of unprofessional (probably because it's a smaller thing still). Wonder if they are genuine or if this is some sort of scam?

It's a great alternative. You're right, it actually does look really nice. It's also relatively newer and bringing newer ideas to the table. I like their request offer thing that clients add funds to. It's quite unique. Competition is always good for prosumers. So yes, its genuine and an amazing alternative. I'd recommend using it. Works really well for me. I do use all 3 so that I get orders from wherever I can to make my business work.

I have been on the platform ever since but haven't received any work yet or even a replyy to my requests via email

What did you send? Maybe it didn't go through. Send it again. I've sent them plenty of feedback and they've always been super helpful and responsive.

Nah bro. I ain't loyal to any of these platforms. I have signed up to wherever I can make some moolah.
 
I do use all of them. Depends on from where I am making enough money.

Okay guys, I have not received much attention or orders on there, and I have not really seen a lot of sales being made there when I look at other sellers. Any more data available from your ends?
 
Some buyers don't leave reviews, which makes it look like the seller is not receiving orders which I've noticed. That happens too. Try sharing your profile on socials and to your existing clients. I keep sending my gigsunleashed profile and services to clients I've already worked with and to any new clients I find elsewhere to build my profile and to keep more of my money.

How much does giga charge you? It's a fiverr clone, so I expected they'd charge 20% also
 
It's 15% on gigsunleashed. If you're making thousands of dollars, that extra 5% off really adds up on fiverr and elsewhere. Sometimes if I get a repeat client on fiverr, I ask them to send me a custom offer request on my profile on gigs unleashed once they're comfortable working with me. The client can directly send you an custom offer, and you get a request. once you accept it, it goes back to the client that I accepted their offer, and then they add funds to their project. Works differently. but this saves me some hundreds of dollars. It also comes fast lol.

Hm, 15 is a little better. Dunno, haven't received any work or any attention on there. Not a singular message. But maybe I just need to create more gigs.
 
I’ve heard of GigsUnleashed too, seems like a smaller alternative to Fiverr and Upwork. It looks legit, but since it's newer, it might not have the same level of professionalism yet. Probably worth checking out but maybe start small to see how it works.

Okay but just checked there again, I don#t see anyone with more than 2 deliveries. Most have 0, randomly checking through the categories, I barely even find any gigs.. Not sure about this.
