does anyone sell uk doc scans that will pass neteller/paypal?

As the title says lost my supplier looking for someone who can make good scans

check Secondeye on the marketplace, i used his services for a utility bill which unfortunately got declined by paypal. Yeah so thats not a good advice it seems lol, just check the marketplace OP there are a couple of providers https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/misc.18/

I believe Secondeye does it. I got recommended to them by Auction Essistance when I needed to lift my Paypal account limitation. Don't know if they would work for neteller.

Shocking that a utility bill got declined lol TBH i think 90% of the time paypal just reject documents because they can. I've heard of secondeye on other forums, can't remember if good or bad though lol. Thanks for the link ill take a look. Does BHW use escrow at all?

Also reason i ask for neteller is because they have an automated ID checker and you can find out instantly if your docs will pass auto checks .. if they pass auto checks they should pass any visual ones too
