Does anyone sell bulk tweets across multiple accounts?

I want to buy a few thousand tweets (that I will give on a spreadsheet) over a few thousand accounts to all be tweeted at the same time (within the same hour or two). The accounts can be fake idc. But they need to stay alive at least a month or two (preferably).

Is there anyone who can provide this? I'm willing to pay

You can do this through addmefast and youlikehits, set up account on it and then automate the points process through bots.
