What is involved getting it set up? Do they handle the scripts? How does payout work? Does CB automatically distribute commissions vs. straight sales (sales you make with no affiliate commission) vs. your portion of the sales? Can you just use a PayPal account? Do they only allow electronic products?

I sell a few products, maybe you should read their faq...
It costs $50 for your first one and then products after that are cheaper if you e-mail them. Your stats are tracked and CB pays you and affiliates, you don't have to worry about any of that. I think you you can only get check or bank transfer.
Do they hold your money past the refund date? What if you sell $500 worth of product, you get paid, and then there's a return? They'd have to send you a bill or something.
Is the return rate usually pretty decent as long as you're not selling crap?

They hold a percentage of your earnings for potential refunds etc...Each product is a little different but I think the standard is something like 10%.
