you can try business accounts that have spent a lot on facebook and their green spending history will be much better than new accounts

Facebook’s policies have tightened significantly. While creating a new profile with a fresh IP is an option,renting an account with a spending history from an agency is often more reliable
 
Please follow fb policy. Remove pages with debt history, this will help fb not scan your account.
 
You should buy a strong, verified account with a long spending history from an agent, they have higher stability.

What account are you using?
Try using a business account that has spent a lot of money, full bill green, has a high payment limit, which will also help you be less restricted.

Now the account being held is not a bug anymore, it's a feature, very few accounts are not held, if not this way then another

What type of account are you using? Business accounts with spending history and high limits are often more reputable. And when the account has trust with Facebook, it will prevent the risk of being flagged
 
you need to have stronger and better accounts that suit your product . we are still using very stable accounts ,
