Does anyone run a successful "ethical" business?

I've been on here for a few years now and it's getting harder and harder to find quality content that isn't full of get rich quick methods... I mean they aren't bad, it's just if I ran them to try and grow my business it may get me some revenue but in the long run would hurt my company...

Or am I just getting older? lol
