I do not think anyone from Marketplace is providing it if you are picking service from any nonJrVip make sure to play safe and test things from small amount at first to keep things in control.

You can also buy usual dripfeed hr views, but you need to research a bit to find a service that fits your needs.
Do the math: 5k views with 80 mins retentions delivered with 1k / hour should give you about 1,300 viewers on your live stream for five hours. I only did this a few times, but it worked pretty well for me.
Views need to be instant of course, otherwise this won't really work.
