does anyone make money with toolbar's?

does anyone makes money with toolbars? i mean of create a toolbar and when someone install it on his computer you get some revenue.

But the main problem you`ll meet - is destribution of your product.

No problem. What about do you want more info?
For my mind you would better to develop extension for Google Chrome, but keep in mind that it should be at least little useful for people.
Than you`ll need to upload it to Chrome Stroe and promote it any way you can.
But also you should understand, that you`ll need some investment to go on.
