I am looking for automatic tool which posts to several WordPress MU sites. Is there anything like this out there?

LFE, there is also an addon for SickSubmitter.
Although you won't find much public WPMUs which will let you spam.

You can make your own poster bot with Human Emulator or Zennoposter, or Ubot. Write your script will not take more than 15 minutes.
