first suggestion was PTC, the one you are looking for is PTP paid-to-promote. all companies i used to use for ptp are now dead, but if you google it you will most likely come up with this other forum, that am not allowed to promote here. which has a whole forum section about PTP ad networks. you get a direct link which you send visitors to and get paid accordingly. most of the threads on that forum are for companies that accept even bot traffic but as you guessed the pay is shite.
