Does anyone know why views are missing when using redirect url in popunder???

For example in popunder target url
Just type in http://www.naver.com, no problem.

But
Entering a redirect url like http://www.daum.net/?pg=www.naver.com will miss 70% of the hits.

There is no big difference in Safari, but mainly the omission occurs in Chrome.

Does anyone know the cause and solution?
