honestly that theme is so simple you can replicate it very quickly in any basic WP theme you dont need to buy anything

According to two WP theme identifier sites it is: Missing Tricks 2.0.0 custom child theme created for the Genesis Framework.

Yea, many sites have ads like that. I think, there was no redirection for me, but i'm on my tablet. Try it again, usually on the 2nd or 3rd try, there is no redirection anymore. But in this case it gives you the same result what whatwpthemeisthat does.
