I remember there being an option where you got impression pay for only embedding the videos of others to a site you own, meaning: you wouldn't have to upload to Dailymotion or create your own content.
When i noticed this was a thing was a few years back, and, i wasn't familiar with websites or anything then, so, i just figured out how to get vids monetized and left it.
Just recently: i put it together that i could use this to make tailored content to others and provide them with a revenue stream while getting hits on my videos ; win/ win.
The problem is: DM had this big update, and, i can't see where or if someone can do the publisher program anymore.
