I am trying to find out their domain registrar, and what I found is 'Hello Internet Corp.'

However, I can not access that registrar to register my domain.

That domain 301's to hello(.)co according to archive and cached search, checked public records and that is their website, hilariously that gets a 403, but a name and a Colombian telephone number is registered and they are somehow accredited. Address listed in search is NYC, archive shows hosting service website existed a number of years.
