I'm looking for anyone who speaks to Matthew Iannott who is the coder/owner for powerleadspro

Does anyone have close dealings with him? Cut a long story short, his company took about a grand from my business account.

His ignoring my emails. I'm not bothered about the money but I am bothered about other it happening to anyone else.

A shitlist and more details will be coming

Damn that sucks! Auto draft? Credit/Debit payment? Can you do a charge back?

Hope you get that resolved. I would be out for blood ;)

I don't know him but I used follow the Power Leads thread and I did see they are really bad with support and replying to emails.

I don't know him personally, but I bought his software, it's about a grand.. did you do a trial or something?

Long story cut short - I went to buy the software as everyone rants on about it. When I entered my card details the site http://powerleadspro.com/ actually crashed by going into a white screen.

Anyway, at that time I was speaking to accelerator from this forum, some may know him as darko. He actually showed me a few cheaper and better options so thought the site crash was actually a good thing.

Fast forward a few hours, I get an email from Matthew saying 'thanks for the purchase' so I replied to say that the site crashed and cancel the transaction. In a conversation of about 4/5 emails I actually stated twice to void the transaction and he confirmed.

I check my statement and boom $997 was taken from my account a few weeks later. I've emailed a few times, Tweeted, warrior forum and even sent messages to his Facebook and Skype. HIs ignored every single one.

I have just had a phone called from my bank who stated the transaction would would be voided and they have stated that this has happened before. The have asked me to send over the details of the seller Matthew so they can investigate it further.

I was expecting a long drawn out battle with my bank but I must admit. Lloyds TSB are pretty quick at dealing with it.

I bought from him a year ago Reputation Hero software, now he sends me an email saying the software is expired !?
and wants me to pay three times as much to continue using it.
It's unheard that you buy a software and it expires after a year!
You might offer a new version or update to your customers, but if they want to continue using the old version
they are entitled to.
No! He decided that if I want to continue using it, I must pay three time as much, so now it stopped working.
Judge for yourself ...

I was thinking about buying this software did you ever get it?
An alternative may be onlineleadfinder Please advise I would like to speak with you
