Does anyone know how to use this platforms for links ?

Good day,

From time to time i research some competition and i always find links from platforms like this:

bloguetechno dot com
ampedpages dot com

they are probably creating them with some automated software, but when i try to register, create blogs manually within such sites my accounts end up suspended in less than a week even though there are thousands of spammy blogs indexed there. Does anyone know which tool are they using or if its possible to buy those links here on the Forum ?
