Click "Get Started" then verify with phone number or email if available
Click get started, then follow the instructions to verify your account. This is Facebook's security when it recognizes an anomaly in your account.
When there is an abnormality in your account, Facebook will verify your account. You just need to follow the instructions. You may need a code via email or a selfie to unlock your account.
Just click "get started" and verify according to the instructions
In my experience, if FB takes you to a page asking for verification by phone number or video, the ability to unblock your account is very low, it will usually show a phone number that is not yours. If the system requires email verification, the ability to remove the lock is almost 100%.Clicking on "Get Started" only takes me to a page to verify my number which somehow is not my number. I have also tried the video verification method, but no positive result.
This is the verification step when your account logs in abnormally. Facebook may see you logging in at a new IP address, or on a new device.
