Does anyone know how to restore when Google updates?

Has anyone found a solution to a website losing 80% of its index yet? I'm really struggling because I haven't found a solution.
Should I delete all the posts or what? I've consulted some experts who argue, they try to create useful content, but in the end, their website still lost 80-90% of its index. I tried disavow spam links.
Does anyone currently have a solution? Or are we still waiting for Google to finish updating?

The answers are probably going to be obvious: you need high-quality backlinks and to create high-quality content.

No backlink will improve your site. Google doesn't want normal sites anymore. Only big companies.

only option left is to rewrite all your AI content with human content and may be you will get your rankings back.

I waited for Google to finish updating

Rewrite some of the content that’s been rejected form the index and the resubmit for indexing.

Not saying this will definitely work but it hasn’t been suggested to you yet.
