Does anyone know how to read Delphi Coding?

Hello. A long time ago, someone released a type of freee youtube view increaser, a lot of people didn't believe it to work, so they bashed the programmer until he disabled it. ( Somehow he had access to disable it). This was increasing my views almost 800-1000 per day! and then all of a sudden one day i open it and see its disabled. I found out that the program generated views based on the number of people using the program at once. I used ResourceHacker to re enable it, and im testing if it'll still work. I have some type of delphi coding, and i wanted to know if anyone can read it.

so, basically you want to crack the program to work (enable it) again, but i think it will not useful, like you said,

although it will working for you, but not for other, coz it still disable for other...
