Does Anyone know how to get multiple landline/mobile phone #'s?

Hello, just like the title suggests, I need a way to get multiple or unlimited landline/mobile phone #'s. Does anyone know how? Any country works, but no VOIP/virtual/burner/etc. If so, I will pay a fee for the information. Thank you.

I use the service from The Philippines. It is cheap.
