Hey guys, newbie here! I just signed up with two cpa networks (Maxbounty and Neverblue) and I want to promote cpa products but I want to do it through youtube. I want to have a video that has a link to some sort of a download and when they click that link, a squeeze will show up asking this to fill out an email (cpa offer) before they get to access the download. And then once they filled it out, the squeeze page will say, "you didn't complete the survey, please try another one" and this will make them complete as many until they give up. When you click on the link it will bring you to a download page that will say "download protection" and will require you to fill out a survey (cpa offer) before unlocking it.
My question is "how do you create this?" I know a little about making webpages but I don't know how to do this. Can someone help?
